Strengthening Transfers in and Around Maputo

Navigating the “Pearl of the Indian Ocean” requires more than just a GPS; it requires local intuition. This year, we:

Consolidated our transfer services within Maputo City and its surrounding areas, ensuring reliability, safety, and comfort for our clients. From airport transfers to corporate movements and leisure travel, our focus remained on punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. These services became the backbone of our operations, supporting both business travellers and tourists navigating the capital with ease.

We didn’t just stay in the city. 2025 saw a surge in “BLEISURE” travel—business travellers extending their stay to explore. We expanded our footprint to include:

  • The Wild South: Daily excursions to the Maputo National Park, where the rare sightings of elephants meeting the ocean have become a signature highlight.
  • Coastal Escapes: Curated day trips to Inhaca and Portuguese Islands, as well as the pristine beaches of Ponta do Ouro.
  • Cross-Border Synergy: Leveraging Maputo’s unique location, we successfully facilitated cultural and wildlife tours into neighbouring provinces and across to Kruger Park, making Maputo the ultimate regional hub.

Expanding Tours in Maputo and Beyond

Our tours offering grew steadily throughout the year. While Maputo City remained a key destination—celebrated for its culture, cuisine, architecture, and coastline—we also expanded into other provinces, giving our clients a broader taste of Mozambique. From beach getaways and cultural experiences to nature-based excursions, 2025 allowed us to refine itineraries that showcase the country’s diversity and beauty.

Building Trust and Brand Presence

Perhaps our greatest achievement was strengthening trust with our clients. Through consistent service delivery, personalized experiences, and local expertise, Managed Travel Services continued to position itself as a dependable partner in Mozambique’s travel and tourism space.

Transfers: Smarter, Wider, Stronger

Soon, we aim to expand and optimise our transfer services, both within Maputo and to key destinations across provinces. Our goal is to introduce more structured, efficient, and client-focused transfer solutions that cater to corporates, consultants, tourists, and group travel.

More Diverse and Curated Tours

2026 is our reckoning year—the year in which our strategy truly expands and becomes more diverse. We plan to introduce new tour concepts, thematic experiences, and tailored travel solutions that respond to evolving client needs while supporting sustainable and responsible tourism across Mozambique.

Strategic Growth and Partnerships

Our 2026 Strategy: We are diversifying. Our fleet will grow to include more eco-conscious options, aligning with Mozambique’s sustainable tourism goals. We are also set to launch a Digital Concierge platform to give our clients real-time control over their itineraries.
